What Scouts Do

Week in and week out, Scouts gather in their troops to conquer the small task of changing the world. Here’ just a few things Scouts get up to:

Discovering The World

Being a Scout means exploring the world your way and making the most of what you have. With new friends, you’ll learn life skills, try new things, and work with trained volunteers to achieve your goals.

Starting Small, Thinking Big

Scouts start small but think big. They stand up for their beliefs and make a difference locally, knowing their actions matter. In an often isolated society, Scouts build connections and break barriers. Their valuable roles in society continue today.

Listening In, Lending A Hand

Scouts explore big and small questions, saying yes more often than no. Whether it’s their first camp, coding, or enjoying toasted marshmallows, they embrace new experiences. Sound fun? It is. Join us!

Scouts’ Uniform

Scouts wear a uniform during their weekly meetings and sometimes on trips away, depending on where they’re going and what they’re doing. Usually, this consists of a teal green shirt or blouse with their badges sewn on, which they pair with a scarf, known as a necker.

Scouts’ Badges

Chief Scout’s Gold Award
